LA MANUFACTURE BIO

La Manufacture Bio is a French craft manufacture of raw cocoa products, hand-made chocolates and gourmet pop-corn situated in Burgundy, France. We have 5 stores (among which one in Paris). We are engaged in the Fair Trade process and we are labelled "organic".

We manufacture and sell products under three brands :

- LA MANUFACTURE BIO : a traditional craft chocolate factory. Our master chocolatiers make pralinés, ganaches, mendiants, dragées and chocolate bonbons, mainly by hand.


- Rrraw : a top-of-the-range cocoa brand (bean to bar). We exclusively make ourselves our products directly from the quality criollo beans . We offer a range of bars and truffles with high nutritional value. Our products are all made from raw beans (no roasting, in order to fully preserve the nutrients and flavours)

- LA MAISON GRAMM'S : we make the famous "french pop-corn",a gourmet recipe of salted butter caramel pop corn, with a range of varieties topped with natural flavours, sweet or salted (toffee, pear, sichuan pepper etc...)
