Jamones y Embutidos La Finojosa is a well-established family business located in the northern area of Córdoba province, right in the heart of "Los Pedroches" Valley. Our tradition, climate and unparalleled natural environment have made it possible for the best raw materials to reach your table in the shape of Pure Breed Delicacies.

Since 1995 we have produced and commercialised Iberian and Serrano hams, shoulders and cold meats in an artisanal way. This has allowed us to be present in international markets throughout Europe, United Kingdom, Australia or Hong Kong.

La Finojosa is one of the founding companies of the Los Pedroches Protected Designation of Origin.

"Los Pedroches" Valley perfectly defines what the Arabs called Fhas al-Ballut or valley of the acorns. In this environment full of oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks, the Iberian pigs are raised, which will later give rise to the hams and shoulders protected by the Protected Designation of Origin. The food made up of acorns, fresh herbs and grasses and the freedom with which the animals coexist in the meadow, give birth to a product of unquestionable quality.
