Smoked burratina

The smoked burrata is a dairy preparation that looks like a bag of soft fresh stretched curd which contains a creamy filling of frays inside of fresh smoked stretched curd cheese and cream. There

surface is smooth, uniform, shiny, snow-white in color; there texture is soft and slightly elastic. It has a sweet taste and is mainly used as a product from table. N.B. (on request also external smoking)
