Product’s description

Our mackerel is caught off the Irish and Scottish coasts during the winter when their high fat content guarantees tender, plump flesh with maximum flavour.The mackerel is poached in a court bouillon, filleted with scissors and hand packed into cans by our experienced operators. Our filleters are trained for 3 to 6 months in order to obtain perfect fillets. The sauces used to coat the fillets are prepared separately by the same operators and added to the canned fish prior to the sealing process.The port and fishing season are shown on each can of mackerel fillets.
