Product’s description
Thigh obtained from the carcasses of poultry meat by cutting his thigh, and then
removal of her skin, bones, cartilage and excess fat.
The boneless, skinless leg fillets to be taken from a broiler that is fresh..
These broilers there are processed under local food processing regulations.
The fillets shall be free from bones (part, whole or fragments), cartilage (gristle),
blood spots, bruises, excessive fat, and skin.
The fillets will have a natural thigh fillet shape (manual cut). It shall be fresh as
indicated by odour and appearance and shall be free of slime and other
contaminants.
Raw material – Skinless/boneless legs / whole chicken leg fillet : 100%.
