ZIGMAS Cold-smoked salmon fillet without skin

ZIGMAS salmon is cold smoked naturally, using beech wood chips, which give a special natural smoky aroma for our products. Only salt and no preservatives are used to flavour the salmon during the production process. This product is also unique in that it is skinless! This is especially convenient for consumers, as they can directly serve a piece of salmon with salads or slice it and put it directly on their sandwiches. Our salmon is packaged in an exclusive, PREMIUM design, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), which helps to maintain the freshness of salmon throughout its shelf life.
