Murcia al Vino PDO "Tio Restí"

Murcia al Vino PDO is a goat's milk cheese made from pasteurised milk of the Murcia-Grenadine breed, and soaked a week in red wine PDO from the area such as Jumilla.  Our "Tio Restí" brand of Murcia al Vino has won prizes over the last year including "The best goat's cheese in Spain" (Spanish Ministry of Agriculture) and a Gold medal at the ICDA for alcoholic cheeses.

Available as 2,3Kg cheese, 1Kg, 500g and 220g portion
