Manchego PDO "El Galán"

Manchego PDO is the most famous Spanish classic cheese.  Our "El Galán" (The Gallant) Manchego PDO is made from pasteurised sheep's milk cheese and is available in different maturities: Semi-Cured (3M), Cured (6M), Aged (>9M).   Our mature Manchego PDO won the second best Manchego in Spain in 2021 from the expert PDO board.
