Grandi Salumifici Italiani is the largest producer of Italian charcuterie products and second producer of second dishes ready to eat. GSI embraces the experience and the history of the different brands, rich in tradition, care and passion. A company of significant dimensions, able to express the “know-how” of the territory and to concentrate great entrepreneurial energy. We currently have 13 production sites in Italy and a large scale Logistics Hub in Bologna; Quality control certifications include: IFS, BRC, UNI EN ISO14001, QS Zertifizierung (Prüfsystem für Lebensmittel), NATO and 5 plants are USDA approved. We are also the largest producer of
PDO and PGI products: 20.076 tons of these products on a total production od 253.000 tons.
