ICED MOCHIS

Mochis, a Japanese delicacy filled with red bean paste, have been revisited by our Glaciers, in collaboration with Koichi IWATA, Japanese mochi expert. Our strengths ? an authentic, very thin rice paste associated with our tasty Artisan ice creams, a subtle blend of texture and flavor, respectful of Japanese tradition and our ice creams and sorbets with exotic or more classic flavors.
