Family business created in 1961, located in the east of France and specialized in the production of frozen desserts.
It has 6 production sites dedicated to the manufacture of individual specialties and to share as well as bulk.
The group's activity is organized around 4 areas:
> production of ice cream and sorbets,
> making iced mochis
> production of frozen pastries,
> manufacture of frozen donuts, donuts and brioches
ERHARD PÂTISSIER GLACIER also has 2 R&D centers attentive to trends and customer requests and two logistics centers.

Our strength has always resided in our capacity for innovation but also in our know-how as an artisanal ice cream maker and pastry chef capable of adapting to all the demands of our customers. These strengths now allow our group to shine on an international scale.
