Pears

Our pears are especially tasty. This is primarily due to the meticulous quality controls in place on the numerous gloriously sunny days, which make the orchards in Thessaly flourish so magnificently. In late summer, when the pears on the trees have reached the right size and level of ripeness, the time has come. From the end of August to the end of September is the perfect time to harvest. As always at Elbak, our pears are hand-picked, carefully processed and 100% natural.
