Apricots

Elbak’s apricots offer a particularly aromatic and delicate taste. The extensive apricot orchards are located in the Peloponnese and Thessaly, the location of our factory. The harvesting season here begins in early summer when the fruits are at the peak of their ripeness. During the summer months of June and July we pick the ripened fruit by hand and then carefully process them immediately in our factory to make them ready for export.
