Feudi di San Gregorio - Dubl Esse Rosato

From Aglianico grapes sourced from the most exciting vineyards in the Turasi area comes DUBL Esse Rosato, a Metodo Classico a Dosaggio Zero without concessions or compromises, just a great deal of attention and exasperated care for the vine to create a bubbly of extraordinary complexity. The visionary approach of producing Metodo Classico in the Campania region began, for Feudi di San Gregorio, more than 10 years ago and with DUBL Esse Rosato it has now reached its essential declination: a sparkling wine that matures for at least 36 months on the lees and in a limited edition, capable of reflecting, in a unique way, the immense qualitative potential of the Irpinian terroir. Brilliant, antique rose gold in colour, it displays a very fine and long persistent grain of bubbles. Nose reminiscent of raspberry, morello cherry and small red fruits, then fresh medlar tones and hints of ginger biscuits. The taste is austere but welcoming, rounded despite the absence of sugar dosage and very rich in fruity and spicy memories. Warm and dry, it advances enveloping the entire palate.
