A delicious brownie, naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, reinvented from a 60% dark chocolate with Perigord nuts, Italian hazelnuts and almonds. Pistachios and gogi berries add a bit of pep and craziness!
Invented and made in our workshops in the Périgord region, this cake is made from top quality organic ingredients, to be served in the back of your shop!
Available in round version 350gr or in long version to cut +/-800gr.
