London Dry type distillation (the botanicals are all distilled together, with maceration)

- Copper and stainless steel still (which involves distilling in batches – hence a limited number of bottles per batch)

- Buds and tails are separated and not reincorporated, keeping a more consistent flavor profile and without batch interference

- The adjustment is made at 40% TAV
