Sibiu Salami has been in the Cris-Tim portfolio since 2015.
It is the most important product in the cold meats category sold on the Romanian and foreign markets.
Cris-Tim Sibiu Salami is part of the category of dried-cured salami with noble mold, which, during the technological process, does not undergo any kind of heat treatment (such as boiling) and it is subjected to a continuous maturation process with an approximate duration of 70 days.
The special taste and consistency are due to the balanced combination of pork meat with selected spices, beech smoke and the noble mold.
