La Rosa dei gusti Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry

Made using the Charmat method exclusively from 100% Glera grapes grown in Valdobbiadene. It is intense on the nose, and has a fine, medium complexity, with fruit notes of white peach, ripe apple and pear, as well as acacia and wisteria flowers. This is all accompanied by a slightly aromatic base. It is a medium-bodied prosecco; its intermediate residual sugar makes it silky on the palate without impairing its freshness. The result is perfect harmony between its acidic and saline parts. Excellent for pre-meal drinks, it also pairs well with bean soups, simple sauces, shellfish and seafood, and white meats.
