Product’s description
- Black pudding in glass jars with a fine texture. Spreadable product.
- They are vacuum sealed and stable glass jars which have undergone a sterilization process at a temperature superior to 110.5°C for over 50 minutes.
- Before opening, store away from heat and dampness at room temperature. Once opened, they must be kept in the bridge (between 0°C and +4°C) and used within 3 days.
- Preparing tips: open the glass jar and eat. Better to be used chilled and on top of a piece of bread. It can be served with some green salad or use it as an ingredient for a main dish.
