With a dynamic staff of 20 people, our company is a family run business who has been growing at a sustained rate, until becoming today, one of the leaders for Pâtés and Rillettes in jars on the French market.
We propose today a range of more than 30 traditional recipes of pâtés, rillettes and also black pudding in glass jars (90g, 180g and 280g), including 5 Label Rouge recipes, inspired by French Charcuterie. From our experience, we are able to adapt to all the distribution networks in both France and abroad, both national and private labels.
We are currently present in the biggest supermarket chains in France, but also abroad, in every continent.
Our products are guaranteed colouring and gluten free and have a long shelf-life (3 years for the Label Rouge range and 5 years for the rest of our recipes). We take great care to achieve a process which guaranties high-quality production with a rigorous selection of each ingredient and by respecting traditional French recipes. Furthermore, we only use pigs of French origin in our manufacturing.
With a surface area of 6.500 m² and an annual capacity of production of approximately 10 million units, our society respects the EEC and the HACCP norms and applies a very efficient tracking system able to follow raw materials from the suppliers to the finished product. We have also obtained the IFS and ISO 22000 accreditations.
