A staple of traditional Italian cuisine, gnocchi were born as soft, velvety potato pillows to be seasoned with a variety of sauces. After mastering the art of making them industrially but with the same taste and texture of their home-made counterparts, Bocon has started exploring new delicious possibilities, first using different base ingredients, then moving the sauce inside the gnocchi with its outside-in stuffed range. Finally, riding the new healthy trends with their wide assortment of vegetable, diary- and wheat-free gnocchi.
