Our organic sliced sausages, a Rosette, a Green Pepper Pavé and a Dry Sausage Made from fresh pork shoulders from organic farming. We have chosen to work with a family organic pig farm based in the west of France in Vendée. A farming method that respects animal welfare: the pigs are born outdoors and raised on straw. All these characteristics guarantee exceptional flavor to our products.
