Soft and melting marshmallows with flavors of yesteryear: Mandarin, Orange Blossom, Anise, Lemon and Violet

Available in different packaging: the 5 perfumes together in 300g sachets, in 1kg bulk, in 150g jars, in boxes of 22 strips; the perfumes alone in strips individually in flowpacks.

At the origin of marshmallow paste, there is a plant, whose softening properties were recognized in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Thus we can read in “the New Rustic House (1804)” that “its mucilage, reduced to tablets with sugar, is admirable against coughs”.

Nowadays, marshmallow root has disappeared, but Maison AUZIER CHABERNAC perpetuates the tradition of old-fashioned marshmallows, flavored with orange blossom, anise, violet, or lemon. All our flavors are natural and play with more modern tastes, such as vanilla pineapple, grenadine, peach, or creamy strawberry.
