Bonoua Pineapples are known for their intensity. We have chosen to mix them with the traditional strawberry, a must in jam making. This tangy blend is enhanced by a subtle hint of mint.


In order to preserve the quintessence of the fruits, we carefully select our fruits and prepare them in copper cauldrons with less sugar than traditional jams. In this preparation: 60% fruit and 47% sugar.
