Zen infusion can be enjoyed in the morning, during the day and/or in the evening
Instructions for use:3 cups (250ml) of 2g per day
To enjoy all the soothing benefits of our Zen infusion, we recommend you add a teaspoon of the mixture. Then filter.
In sachets, you only need one sachet per cup. Add your simmering water, ideally at 95°C. Leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.
